Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy - Ely, Cambridge, Heacham - Jess' Hypnotherapy & Health
Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) is a hybrid therapy known for its efficiency in discovering the root of a client’s issue and helping them let it go for good. RTT is based on a neuroscience combining the most beneficial principles of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and CBT.
RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do, what to focus on, and what to heal using a powerful technique called Cell Command Therapy. RTT aims to deliver fast permanent results in 1-3 sessions. Part of the process uses a technique called Role, Function, Purpose, and Intension, it helps the client recognise what’s been behind the presenting issue and allowing them to free themselves completely from emotional, physical, and psychological pain.
During hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes highly receptive to positive suggestions, allowing you to access deep-seated beliefs and patterns that influence your behaviour. By guiding you into this state, I can help uncover the root causes of your challenges, whether they are related to anxiety, self-doubt, or other limiting beliefs.
To truly grasp the effectiveness of hypnotherapy, it’s essential to understand the role of the subconscious mind. Research shows that our subconscious is predominantly programmed before the age of 7. During this period, children experience the world without the fully developed prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for logic and reasoning. As a result, children interpret events through an emotional lens, often blaming themselves for situations beyond their control.
