How hypnotherapy for kids and teenagers works
During our sessions, I’ll lead your child into a relaxed state using deep breathing, fun imagery, and soothing words. It’s like going on a journey in your mind! In this special space, your mind becomes more open to good ideas and positive changes. Think of it as tidying up your thoughts so you can find calmness and clarity.
We will be using different tools such as CBT, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy to get to the root cause of your presenting problem, change the negative beliefs and learn new ways to handle emotions, thoughts, and triggers.
